Help support refugee families by assisting with tasks at the World Relief warehouse. Volunteers will help clear out and organize items, load and unload furniture, household goods, and other supplies, and transport items to the World Relief main office. The project also includes light cleaning and sorting to ensure everything is in order and ready for use. World Relief is a resettlement agency dedicated to helping refugees integrate into their new lives with dignity and support. Volunteers will meet at the warehouse location for this project.
The Hospitality Team helps create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone on Serve Day right here on the church campus. If you enjoy making people feel at home, this is the perfect place to serve!
Assist residents in mobile home communities by building or repairing ramps and stairs for safer, easier access to their homes. This project is ideal for those with basic construction skills and a heart to serve vulnerable individuals through meaningful, hands-on work.
This team is essential to making Serve Day run smoothly! Volunteers will help with setting up tables, tents, signs, and supplies across the church campus before the event begins—and then assist with clean-up and packing everything away once it’s done. If you’re hands-on and ready to jump in where needed, this is a great way to serve behind the scenes and support every project!
Join us for a meaningful day of service as we come together to cook and serve Plov — a traditional and hearty meal — for individuals and families in need. This project will be led by a dedicated team of men who are passionate about using their time, skills, and strength to bless others through food and fellowship. We’re aiming to prepare 5 large Kazans of Plov and will need plenty of helping hands to make it happen. We’re looking for volunteers to assist with chopping and prepping ingredients, cooking and stirring the plov, packaging meals, and cleaning up after the event. We’ll also need 5 large Kazans (cauldrons) with burners or open flame setups. This is more than just a meal — it’s an opportunity to serve with purpose, show compassion, and bring hope through hospitality. Whether you're an experienced cook or simply ready to lend a hand, your presence matters.
During Serve Day, we need a dedicated security team to help ensure a safe and secure environment for all activities taking place on our church campus. Volunteers will help monitor the grounds, support smooth coordination, and provide a reassuring presence as people come and go. Your role helps create a safe space for everyone to serve and connect with confidence.
Help create a welcoming first impression! The Parking Team will guide cars safely into parking spots, assist with traffic flow, and help ensure a smooth and organized arrival experience. Your role helps guests and volunteers feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they drive onto the campus.
